The Amvesindo Seminar 2025 with the theme “Unlocking Value in Uncertain Times: Adaptive Monetization via IPOs or M&A” was successfully held on September 11, 2025, at the Main Hall of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). As the funding landscape in 2025 becomes increasingly selective, startups are challenged not only to scale rapidly but also to build strong, profit-oriented fundamentals. Against this backdrop, an important question emerges: how can startups and investors unlock value and achieve sustainable monetization amid uncertainty? To address this, Amvesindo provided a forum for discussion, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration across sectors.
The seminar aimed to deliver deeper insights into adaptive monetization strategies while highlighting IPOs and M&A as potential pathways.
